We now have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our Infrastructure Team in Waterbeach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collation of documents, creating files and preparation of Sub-Contracts. Liaising with sites.
- Collate documentation for Sub-Contractor's entry onto Oracle (Finance System) and seeing PTP's through to approval (chasing where necessary).
- Manage e-mails in the "Subs" In-Box. Dealing with queries on a daily basis.
- Record and follow through to approval (chasing when necessary) all required Sub-Contractors, liaising with H&S and Quality & Environment Managers.
- Enter data of approved Sub-Contractors onto SHEA acceptance Register.
- Monitor progress of Sub-Contracts, from posting through to fully signed, chasing where necessary and acquiring Directors Signatures.
- Completing the process of scanning, returning and filing of fully signed Sub-Contracts.
- General administration duties within the Sub-Contracts office.
- Liaising with Project teams to assist in resolving queries and issues relating to Sub-Contracts.
- Liaise with Sub-Contractors to assist in resolving queries and issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience
- Efficient and professional approach
- Good communication and organisational skills
