Contract: Permanent, full time - 40 hours a week. We may be able to offer this role as either full time or part time and offer flexible hours - please specify in your application.

Kier Places are recruiting now for a Technical Contract Manager to join our Facilities Management team on our Plymouth NHS PFI contract, covering Mount Gould Hospital, Cattedown Primary Care Centre, Ernesettle Medical Centre and Derriford Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our operational team, the Contract Manager will manage senior level relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure we meet contractual requirements for a team that delivers a variety of Hard Facilities Management services and Life Cycle works to our client.

You will be the first point of contact for the client and on-site team, responsible for day to day operational performance of the contracts including statutory compliance, ensuring processes and procedures comply with SLAs and KPIs. As well as managing financial performance of the contracts, ensuring compliance with the budgets, P&Ls and lifecycle plans as well as undertaking audits.

What do we need from you?

With a technical / hard services bias, the successful Contract Manager candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Building Services, relevant industry qualifications and excellent management skills - with experience within the Hard Services Facilities Management sector, this could be the role for you.

Ideally, you should also have suitable experience in a similar contract management position within a Healthcare or PFI Environment; experience with complying with PFI Contracts; and have had responsibility for Statutory Compliance - working knowledge of HTM's is preferable.
