Technical Director
This specialist Environmental Consultancy recently established an office in Manchester not only to service existing but also to grow the client base in the North West. They offer a technical service within the environmental, planning and sustainability sector to both public and private clients. To do this successfully they have identified the need to employ a Technical Director who has extensive experience and is established within the North West.
Duties will include
The delivery and procurement of projects which include monitoring and management of noise pollution, air quality biodiversity, infrastructure, water, waste, recycling etc.
Management and delivery of impact assessment
Development of strategies
Management of planning applications and appeals
Develop sustainability strategies
Manage the commercial viability of projects.
Requirements for this post will include the following -
Honours Degree in Environmental Science/Town Planning/Biology/Chemistry
Related Postgraduate
Business acumen and commercially aware
Critical Thinker who is well connected
