Our client is a looking for a Technical Lead to join their expanding team. This role proves to be an exciting venture for anyone looking for that next step up into a business with the prospects for potential to grow with the company. With a turnover £12M last year, they have become a market leader in Timber Frame and SIPs. Expansion and growth are on the cards with a possible move to a larger factory / premises in the near future.
They have growing team of structural designers and engineers and are looking for a team leader to work in a challenging and dynamic environment delivering construction projects using sustainable offsite building technologies. The technical team works closely with architects and building contractors to develop projects from design stage into production drawings for manufacturing at their Coventry Factory. Offsite construction is a growing sector of the industry; we need dedicated and enthusiastic people looking to build a career in construction.
THE PERSON:
- Talented and experienced in Revit / BIM coordination (also look at Navisworks)
- Ability to lead a team of designers and engineers
- Offsite, building services, BIM consultancy or construction management background
- Great communication skills, hardworking and attention to detail
