Technical Manager Job in London
This is a new Technical Manager job opportunity working as part of the residential development division of one of the UK's largest development and regeneration businesses.
As the Technical Manager you will be working on multiple large scale projects at once with projects at various stage of development, from feasibility through to construction. You will manage all aspects of the design and specification of developments, working closely with the technical team in the London office and remotely as this position is split between home and the office working.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage drawings and specifications from external consultants
- Responsible for making sure specifications are adhered too
- Supporting other members on the technical team
- Managing multiple projects from early stages through to completion
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Technical Manager or Design Manager, preferably with a house builder
- Experience working on large scale residential projects
- Strong knowledge of building and CDM regulations
- Knowledge of the planning process would be an advantage but not essential
