Technical Manager Job in Plymouth, Devon
My client has a Technical Manager Job available in their regional office in Devon. This top 10 housebuilder are looking to build their technical team with multiple positions available including this Technical Manager requirement.
As the successful Technical Manager, you'll report into the Technical Director for the region which spans across Cornwall and West Devon with the office location in Plymouth. You will be tasked with project managing the developments from a technical aspect as well as overseeing more junior members of the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage external consultants for infrastructure work
- Liaise with utilities companies
- Manage ground investigations and their reports
- Submit and gain approval for Building Regs
- Monitoring budget and cost throughout the process
- Manage and mentor the team
- Support the Technical Director.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Technical Manager
- Volume housebuilding background
- Relevant degree.
