Technical Manager Job in West Sussex
I have a Technical Manager job available with a growing Regional Residential Developer branching out across the South East, due to continued expansion they are now looking for an Technical Manager to join their team in the Head Office in West Sussex.
This 5* regional housebuilder are looking for a Technical Manager to join their established technical team which currently consists of 6 people in the West Sussex office. In this role you'll work closely with the Senior Technical Manager on developments across the South East and assisting successful delivery of projects for Housing Associations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Hold regular design meetings
- Arrange consultants to tender
- Appoint consultants and brief them for detailed design and information
- Liaise with external consultants in Engineering, Architecture and Environmental
- Ensure Consultants are following the brief
- Liaise with Housing Associations with regards to specification issues
- Work with site teams on technical queries.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager
- Volume housebuilding background
- Relevant degree.
