My clients are looking for a Technical Manager to lead their Flood Risk Engineering team in Central London.

As a Flood Risk Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will be leading a team of engineers, leading projects, managing staff and assisting the Principal Director with business development.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Flood Risk/Drainage/SuDs
  • Experience in managing/mentoring other members of staff
  • Prior experience with design software such as Flood Modeller and TUFLOW
  • Experience in some or all of the following: flood estimation methods (e.g. ReFH 2 and WINFAP), undertaking environmental impact assessments, drainage and SUDs design, river engineering and water resource assessment.
  • Experience in managing projects and acting as a technical discipline lead on multi-disciplinary projects is essential
