At Kier Construction Southern, you will be leading on all design and MEP activities for the Southampton area. You will need to lead, manage and motivate staff to contribute their all to the projects, whilst supporting the process of tendering for work and being able to minimise risk and maximise profit. You will be MCIOB or MICE qualified and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a sizeable design management team.
