Job Description

As a Technical Product Manager, you will partner with business and technical teams to enhance workflows, manage campaign systems, and lead change management processes. Your expertise ensures smoother operations, faster solutions, and impactful improvements that support global advertising success.

Salary: PHP 100,000.00 - PHP 160,000.00

    • The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Technical Product Management or Product Ownership, with a focus on driving process improvement and product delivery.
  • Proven ability to document business requirements, design workflows, and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, managing backlogs, sprints, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Community.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
    • Your Daily Tasks

  • Interface directly with key business stakeholders to understand and document operations, processes, and challenges
  • Lead discovery and feedback sessions with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
  • Transform business requirements into technical design conversations, test changes, and approve releases into production
  • Create detailed testing and project plans to support large-scale initiatives
  • Lead change management processes following releases
  • Track bugs and work with engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions and regression testing
  • Act as Tier 1 support (troubleshooting, replicating bugs, resolving simple requests), escalating to senior admins as needed
  • Produce measurement reporting post-releases to measure adoption
