If you are an estimator or a designer or a site manager or an installation manager or an internal sales person from a modular building background looking for a great challenge read on. We have a fantastic opportunity for somebody within a modular building work environment to be grown into an all-rounder where your responsibilities mean that no two days will be the same. This modular manufacturer / installer / building design company needs to find an individual that they can train / mentor to work with a Divisional Manager (Modular) who needs support.

You will in the future be responsible for all aspects of supplying a modular building from qualifying the initial enquiry through the various stages of design, estimating, manufacture and site based erecting / project management / sub contract labour procurement to key hand over.

We seek modular building experience coupled with the attitude and hunger to learn new disciplines and an individual who will enjoy being challenged with new responsibilities.

In order to apply you must have good Modular Building knowledge but this could have been gained in any of the following disciplines:

* Estimating
* Installation
* Assistant Site Management
* Design
* Internal Sales
