Technical Sales Executive - Modular Building & Cabin Sales
Basic to £55,000 plus bonus, Car and Pension

We have filled several roles over the last four years with this client. All are in place and doing well.

You will be joining an independent supplier of Modular Buildings and Cabins who are looking to recruit a field based sales professional who will be purely responsible for selling product rather than hiring units out.

The Modular Building range has four variations including a quality flat pack offering, euro cabin, nearly new and compliant modular. The cabin range includes jackleg, steel cabins, flat pack cabins and containers and Site Security / Safety. Modular applications include offices, classrooms, sports clubs, marketing suites, storage and healthcare. The cabin range is aimed at contractors, civil engineers and developers who prefer to buy volume units for large projects and compound environmentsrather than hire units in.

The role is very varied, ranging from following up on leads, generating new business and overseeing both your own installations and those of colleagues if they are of a more difficult nature. You will cover from North London diagonally across the country to Andover, London and the South Coast.

You will benefit from an excellent basic that will reflect your level of experience but will probably be pitched around the £50,000 to £55,000 bracket and a bonus that will yield an additional 10% plus Car, Pension, Mobile and Laptop. Your typical week will be 3 to 4 days out to 1 to 2 days in the office. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues specifically supporting them on the more difficult installs.

About you: Technically sales driven from a modular / cabin hire background. Probably fed up with large company politics and anxious to join a business that looks after its people, promotes from within where ever possible and encourages loyalty and hard work by the way that it projects its culture. For somebody that can make success within this role there are genuine prospects for significant advancement in 3 to 4 years.
