This expanding supplier services, maintains and instals a variety of packaging machinery to a number of industries and well known companies UK wide. Due to a full order book and increased workload they require an additional technical support engineer to join their team. Great chance to come off the tools or for a graduate looking to expand their mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Your Role:
* Technical Support Engineer position - Office based
* Provide technical information to customers and engineers.
* Help to rectify faults for customers and engineers over the phone.
* Schedule engineers time / days
* Occasionally help within the spares department
You Will Have:
* Experience mechanical / electrical / technical support engineer or similar
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering (on the tools experience or graduate)
* Willingness to learn
* Live commutable to Manchester.
