The Role If you are a Technical Manager or Experienced Lift Technician or Lift Tester looking for a new challenge and progressive lift engineering company, we want to hear from you We are searching for a skilled Lift Technician that is familiar with most types of manufacturers.You will also be used to travelling as part of your job and happy travelling around the Midlands. The ideal candidate will come from the lift industry and still goes out on the tools even if you are a Technical Manager you must have current lift experience this is crucial. You will be working for well-known approved lift engineering company that prides itself with the installation, modernisation, servicing and repair of passenger lifts Nationwide. If you are a skilled Lift Technician or Technical Manager in the lift industry living a commutable distance from the Midlands and you are looking for a varied role including in-depth fault finding, exposure to testing and providing training and technical support working for a recognised lift engineering company, then this opportunity is for you!
The Candidate:

NVQ 3 Qualified or J Modules
Technically minded - Electrical and Mechanical Engineering fault finding
- A confident people person for this customer facing role, able to communicate at all levels Flexible travelling to cover service requirements. 17th/18th Edition Qualification (Desirable) Full UK Driving License Can read lift electrical diagrams

Servicing, repairing fault finding, giving advice on technical diagnostics on passenger lifts to Lift Engineers on site and over the phone
Testing platform lifts, goods lifts, access, dumbwaiters and bespoke lifts (Desirable)
- Execute in-depth Electrical and Mechanical Engineering fault finding to diagnose problematic lifts
- Complete technical repairs on a variety of lifts
- Provide Engineers with In-house training and coaching
- Site surveys - Provide accurate lift information to best inform management decisions
