Kier are looking to hire an experienced Technology Team Leader. The Team Leader will be at the forefront of a step change in delivery of technology maintenance for our Area 9 contract extension. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in both a leadership position and a practical role. You will get the opportunity to deploy your innovative techniques to ensure health and safety improvements are made and you meet the demands of enhanced technology maintenance service.
To make an excellent Team Leader at Kier we will need you to have had experience as a highways technology engineer and have the ability to lead, motivate and manage a small team of engineering staff. Working closely with Highways England you will need to understand their technology systems such as TPMS, COBS, CCTV and digital storage devices.
