Telemarketing Executive: Do you have a natural, engaging telephone manner and previous experience in a Telemarketing role? Are you keen to continue working from home? In order to drive further UK wide growth an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive with a background in the construction industry is required to engage with dormant and prospective B2B customers for a leading timber engineering specialist


The successful Telemarketing Executive will come from a telemarketing background and have a confident and professional approach with the ability to influence existing or potential customers to re-engage. A key KPI will be based on the candidate's ability to secure appointments with contacts from within the construction industry and create opportunities for the wider Sales team.


The ideal Telemarketing Executive will have knowledge of the timber roofing industry, although applications are encouraged from experienced Telemarketing professionals with broader construction industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B telemarketing - contacting businesses by telephone to re-engage.
  • Working on a variety of campaigns.
  • Schedule qualified appointments/ presentations with the Sales team.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
  • No Hard Sell! Purely appointment setting.



Skills & Experiences:

  • Previous experience in a telemarketing role within the construction industry
  • Able to work efficiently in a home-based role
  • Computer Literate (MS Office skills such as Word / Excel required)
  • Confident when calling new prospects, with a professional manner
  • Ability to think on your feet and be proactive as part of a consultative approach
  • A self-motivated, results focused individual able to demonstrate both integrity and resilience in equal measure.
