Position: Telephonist (Business HUB).
Location: Carlow
Salary: €25,000 - €27,000.00 per year
My client is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person who loves to work with the public. As part of our Patient Care Support Team you will answer a high volume of patient calls to book, switch and cancel appointments.
This role involves a high level of patient interaction by phone.
Main Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Friendly, approachable, courteous, and respectful
- A systematic and organised approach to work, with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and work on own initiative
- Reporting experience, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Resilient and calm manner capacity of work under pressure
- Patient-focused
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a high-volume call position.
- Good working knowledge of general administrative practices.
- Strong knowledge of MS excel is essential.
- Flexibility to work five days Monday - Saturday
HUB Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm
Friday & Saturday: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
