Job Title: Carpenter - Property Services
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom
Pay: £20 - £24 Per hour depending on experience
Temp to perm work Monday- Friday.
We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our clients team in Stroud, Gloucestershire. You will play a pivotal role in our property services sector, focusing on fitting kitchens within council homes.This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment where your skills and expertise will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fitting bathrooms within council homes to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and service targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the property services sector or within domestic settings.
- NVQ, Own tools, Transport and full ppe
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Van and fuel card will be provided within this role. Minimum 6 points and a valid UK drivers' licence.
