Monday - Friday
8am - 4pm
Temp - Perm position
£19.32 Per Hour PAYE (equates to £34,000 per annum)
Hybrid Working available

Job Description:

· Demonstrate an excellent standard of numeracy and literacy.

· Excellent customer care and communication skills both oral and written.

· Possessing resilience.

· Working within tight statutory constraints in a high-pressure environment.

· Ability to build excellent relationships across the business with all relevant stakeholders.

· IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft office applications and ability to learn and use appropriate in-house systems.

· Self-motivated, assertive and confident.

· Experience of resolving residents' queries for either homeowners or tenants or both.

· Dealing with complex queries and challenging individuals in a constructive and effective way.

· High level knowledge of statutory, legal and contractual framework around tenancy, homeowners and shared owners' management.

· Ensure that responsibilities for Health & Safety are properly understood and discharged as defined in One Housing's Health & Safety Policy and that Health & Safety concerns are promptly and clearly communicated to the appropriate people.

· Comply fully with One Housing's policies and procures including the standing orders and financial regulations.

· Comply with the Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy.

· Comply with the Data Protection Act (all employees will not disclose or make usfe of for their private advantage any information held on record which is not available to the public)

The role currently reports into the Resident Manager.

Succession routes for high quality post holders would be into a Head of position within the Customer Operations if the necessary, knowledge, skill and experience can be demonstrated.

Working towards membership of the Institute of Customer Service or any other relevant qualification would be advantageous.
