JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tenant Liaison Officer required for a large nationwide maintenance firm that specialises in residential projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking tenant liaison officer to join projects based around the Willenhall.

This contract will be on a temp basis, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with residents and following up repair needs with contractors
  • General admin duties

Requirements for the role

  • Admin background
  • Previous experience in social housing
