Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire with flexible/hybrid working
Contract: Fixed Term with minimum duration of 6 months with the option of extension (depending on project timelines). Also, able to consider part-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
In this Test Manager role, you'll be tasked with overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and control of all the test activities required to ensure systems function successfully and as expected. The role will be based heavily around quality and test advocacy and identifying resolution of issues. You'll create test strategies and plans and set testing frameworks. There will be continuous review test scenarios and cases, and you'll be expected to compile test completion reports to deliver to relevant stakeholders.
You may be asked to undertake other activities associated within this role, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and the broader remit of the position.

Who are we looking for?
A detailed individual who can lead by example. Previous experience as a QA tester and someone who has operated within a lead or supervisory position. You'll have previous experience of taking the lead to solving problems and creative effective solution strategies and have an in-depth understanding of general software engineering processes. You'll also have an understanding of testing within the software development lifecycle and be an advocate for a quality customer experience, designing and overseeing UAT within the business.
