Senior Town Planner Job in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
I have a Senior Town Planner Job available in Cheltenham with a multiple disciplinary consultancy. This consultancy are looking to speak to Planners or Senior Planners with private sector experience.
This Property Consultancy have been established for 50 years with head office in Cheltenham and having regional presence in Thames Valley and London. The services they offer are Planning, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management across commercial and residential developments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparation of planning appraisals and reports
- Promoting planning applications and securing permissions
- Preparation of planning appeals
- Preparing reports and statements
- Liaising with clients and local authorities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Private sector experience
- Relevant Degree
- Full driving licence and car.
What you get back
- £30,000 - £42,000 DOE
- Hybrid working.
