Breedon are looking for an ambitious Town Planner and/or an Estates Surveyor to join our Land and Minerals Resources (LMR) team within Scotland.

The LMR team is responsible for ensuring long term business viability through securing land and permissions for mineral and industrial assets, to maintain and organically grow Breedon's business interests.

As a Town Planner / Estates Surveyor, you will work within a small team of likeminded professionals managing and growing Breedon's Estates portfolio in Scotland and working on a variety of planning projects including quarries, industrial plant and renewable developments.

You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a close-knit group of colleagues. You will work well in a team & autonomously and have strong project management and interpersonal skills. From liaising with our operations teams, landowners, regulatory authorities, consultants and solicitors, each day is guaranteed to be different.

Do you offer…?

  • Post graduate experience in town planning and/or estate management

  • A valid UK Driving Licence with the flexibility to travel throughout Scotland.
