Position: Trade Counter Manager (Window and Doors)

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries, processing quotes, and managing orders for windows and doors
- Actively engage with potential customers to expand the branch's customer base.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the branch by assisting with trade counter duties, scheduling deliveries, and supporting overall branch operations.
- Take part in branch management tasks, including opening/closing, cashing up, and reporting figures.
Requirements:
- Essential: Knowledge and experience in windows and doors trade supply.
- A hands-on approach to supporting branch operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with trade customers and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and quotes A valid driving license
This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday (07:30-16:30), and Saturday AM on a 3-week rota.
