Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities
As a Traffic Management Operative, you'll be working within the Highways Team to support them with all aspects of incident response.
Your day to day will include:
- Carry out temporary traffic management operations for various workstreams on the contract such as lane closures, traffic lights, road closures and footway management works. Impact protection vehicle (IPV) to assist with any emergency works or mobile short duration operations on the contract.
- Keep records, complete all necessary paperwork, communicate and liaise with other employees of Kier, sub-contractors, emergency services, general public, clients and customers
- Taking responsibility for the safety of yourself and others within your team to ensure compliance with the relevant health and safety legislation and safe operation to protect members of the public
This role of Traffic Management operative is great for you if you have:
- Have Construction Skills Certification Scheme - Skilled Worker or higher
- Hold a full driving licence
- Are Lantra M1/M2/M3/M5/T6 qualified and can produce an IPV Qualification - low speed and high speed
