Traffic Marshal needed for work in Wallingford

Daniel Owen recruitment are looking for a Traffic Marshal with a valid ticket and a CSCS card to work on a large new housing development in Wallingford, South Oxfordshire.

Since the project has just started, this is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking for long term work.

The site itself is situated just outside of the centre of Wallingford. It is easily accessible via public transport and has on-site parking and nearby shops.

Experience having worked as a Traffic Marshal before is a must and the successful applicant will need to provide a reference having done a similar role.

Daily responsibilities for the successful Traffic Marshal will include:

  • Guiding HGV vehicles on and off site
  • Ensuring that road safety regulations on-site are followed by all drivers and workers
  • Managing the traffic flow at the entrance and exit of the site
  • Meeting all visitors to site and being the face of the project

The successful Traffic Marshal will need good communication skills and the right attitude to help deliver the project from start to finish.

Requirements for the role:

- Valid traffic marshall ticket (CPCS, NPORS...)

- Valid CSCS Card

- Full PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Steel Toe-Cap Boots)
