McGinley are seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall / Gatesman to join our team on a busy construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians while maintaining security and access control on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Directing traffic and ensuring safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians
Controlling site access and logging deliveries/visitors
Communicating effectively with drivers, site personnel, and management
Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Keeping the entrance and surrounding area safe and clear of obstructions
Assisting with general site duties when required
Requirements:
Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent)
CSCS card Essential
Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
