*Service repairs maintenance equipment of heavy mechanical equipment.
*Manage customers and provide a satisfactory customer service experience.
*Manage and follow the service process.
*Submit regular reports.
*Inspect and troubleshoot.
The Successful Field Service Engineer have:
*Have a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical skills.
