A highly established, international specialist in Construction and Engineering are looking for a trainee Highway Maintenance Operatives ideally based within easy access to High Wycombe to join and expand their team. This would be an ideal role if you are from a construction, groundworks, or landscaping background Paid £25K + package starting

Trainee Highway Maintenance Operative will be

  • Highway Maintenance Operatives will carry out safety/debris patrols, identify and make safe defects on the carriageway
  • Highway Maintenance Operatives will respond to incidents within timeframe
  • Highway Maintenance Operatives will clear incidents as instructed by NCC/team leader/foreman
  • Highway Maintenance Operatives will be involved with installation of emergency traffic management
  • Highway Maintenance Operatives will carry out other maintenance duties including kerbing, concrete works, paving and slabbing, iron works, boundary fence repairs and vegetation works.
  • Highway Maintenance Operatives will benefit from a salary of up to £25,000 Plus Overtime, plus package with 22 days holiday
  • Shift Pattern is 12hrs 2 days, 2 night, 4 off 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Trainee Highway Maintenance Operative should

  • Highway Maintenance Operatives with IPV Live Lane experience holding Lantra will be an advantage
  • Highway Maintenance Operatives will benefit having experience in either landscaping, groundworks, construction or drainage
  • Highway Maintenance Operatives will be within easy access to High Wycombe
  • Highway Maintenance Operatives will be paid up to £25,000 plus overtime plus package
  • You MUST have a valid UK driving license
  • If you hold a class 2 HGV license you will be on a higher rate
