Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled mechanical engineer to share their industry knowledge and expertise and deliver mechanical engineering from BTEC up to HND level. The role will be based in Merseyside, delivering to students working within the engineering industry, who are looking to gain the relevant qualifications to go along with their working experience.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about mechanical engineering and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry background in mechanical engineering and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
This role is part-time, initially consisting of 2 and a half days per week, hours will increase to full time as the course goes on.
The person & qualifications
*A qualification in a relevant subject area
*Extensive industry experience within mechanical engineering
*Experience within a tutoring/ educational role (preferable but not essential)
*Willingness to provide high quality education to working students who are looking to gain relevant qualifications
