We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join one of our highest performing divisions. The role is based at our office in Meridian Business Park, Leicester, commutable from Coventry, Northampton, Hinckley and Loughborough.
Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work closely with one of Precision's Divisional Manager's running a technical desk. The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will go through an in depth induction and a strategically planned 2 month development academy where you will work alongside one of our most experienced Divisional Managers on existing business. You will be coached on the craft of recruiting in a candidate led area in Technical Recruitment.

At least 1 years' experience in a telesales or face to face sales environment
Proven track record of Business development success
