Salary:

£18,000 - £21,000 basic + 1st Year OTE (£30k- £50k)

Benefits:

35% Uncapped commission, + 15% quarterly bonuses, Progression & Recruitment Training, Holiday incentives, Bespoke reward scheme's

Hours:

40-hour week - flexitime (Core hours Mon - Thursday 9.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 9.30am - 4pm)

Job Summary

Reporting to your teams divisional director. This is role offers the training and support for someone new to the recruitment industry to learn and grow within their role, focusing on learning the industry as well as learning the skills and qualities it takes to become a 360 consultant.

Main Duties:

The role includes but is not limited to the following: -

  • Learning a 360 recruitment role
  • New business development
  • Sourcing candidates via Job boards, database, and LinkedIn
  • Working with clients globally (We have placed in 15 different countries)
  • Creating job ads and marketing your roles across several platforms
  • Working on a hot permanent recruitment desk (Fee ranging 5k-50k)
  • Specialising on a niche desk within our markets

The Day To Day:

Candidate sourcing : Reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, Job boards, Adverts and our extensive internal database

Process management: Booking interview, negotiating salaries/contracts and ensuring successful placements of candidates

Business Development: Proactively engaging with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities.
