Clear are looking for a number Associate Recruitment Consultants / Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join us in our brand new office in Bromley! Working alongside our founders and senior consultants this role is 360 learning the delivery and sales side of recruitment.

Since starting Clear in 2017, our vision is to become the engineering recruiter of choice within our specialist sectors. With a director team with over 30 years' experience and a growing number of highly skilled consultants, we have developed expertise across a range of areas including Building Services, Data Centres, Energy, Power, Process and Manufacturing sectors.

We are looking for ambitious, confident, and motivated individuals that are interested in realistic structured career progression whilst having the opportunity for uncapped earnings. Full training will be provided in this role working alongside a director specialising in a niche market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning a 180 or 360 recruitment role
  • Working closely with senior consultants and the founders
  • Sourcing candidates via Job boards, database, and LinkedIn
  • Working with clients globally (We have placed in 15 different countries)
  • Creating job ads and marketing your roles across several platforms
  • Working on a hot permanent recruitment desk (Fee ranging 5k-50k)
  • Specialising on a niche desk within our markets
