We're recruiting for a cohort of Trainee Sales Executives to join our thriving Sales Hubs in the regions.
We are looking for people who are passionate about carving out a career in sales. A suitable candidate would be self-motivated, engaging and interested in people. To be passionate about new home sales and helping customers on their journey in finding a quality new home.
The ideal candidates will be working with colleagues and customers alike, delivering a 5* Customer Journey and being the key part of homebuyer's magic moments. You'll be communicating across different departments and liaising with third parties with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
You will learn and develop key skills with the support of an experienced team member so you are confident in identifying sales opportunities and guiding customers through a smooth buying process.
Within the role, our Sales Experts will provide ongoing support and training to the cohort, with NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service to support your development.
It's a fantastic opportunity for education leavers, looking to join the world of sales.

Our in-house training centre is located in Leeds, West Yorkshire and by applying for this role you acknowledge the need for additional travel and overnight stays where necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Organised, proactive and ability to prioritise workload.
Full UK Driving License essential - travel within region is required.
