Contract: 45 hours a week Full-time.
We are now recruiting for a Trainer to join our Kier Utilities to operate in line with our "Performance Excellence" approach, which is at the heart of our business strategy, ensuring we are always working to be better and our actions are underpinned by the company values collaborative, trusted and focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Escalate any concerns with gaps in skills and competence to training hub manager and operations leads in a timely manner
- Work with training hub colleagues to plan and utilise time effectively to meet training hub delivery requirements where possible
- Mark coursework consistently and accurately and provide reports on this to feed into management reports
- Seek feedback on learning interventions and undertake a measurement of learning transfer as appropriate for the intervention
- As a skilled trainer you must be able to demonstrate you can attain and maintain the required level of knowledge and skills to carry out the role effectively and efficiently
What do we need from you?
- Understanding of reporting requirements and escalation procedures
- Ability to confidentially communicate at all business levels
- Experience in providing accurate data and reporting in relation to L&D
- Production of reports
