Job Title: Trainer

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

Contract / Hours: Full Time - Permanent

We are now recruiting for a Trainer to join our team in Wymondham to design and deliver impactful learning interventions, working with training hub colleagues to plan and utilise time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the training manager in the design and delivery of projects/priority pieces of work, making recommendations to increase quality of learning interventions.
  • Carry out competency audits to put plans in place for further learning.
  • Escalate any concerns with gaps in skills and competence to training hub manager and operations leads in a timely manner.
  • You must also be able to develop your own professional knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Mark coursework consistently and accurately and prove reports on this to feed into management reports.
What do we need from you?

  • Experience working within Utilities/ Water industry along with being an EUSR accredited trainer for SHEA Water/ SHEA & Accredited TAQA Assessor. Must also be Accredited IQA & Accredited Streetworks.
  • Demonstratable knowledge & experience of delivering all stages of the learning cycle (identification, design, delivery, and evaluation). Must also be able to demonstrate knowledge of SHE and compliance training requirements as relevant to business units supported.
  • Experience in providing accurate date and reporting in relation to L&D, whilst also being able to work under pressure and to a strict deadline.
  • Knowledge and experience of learning support functions would also be advantageous.
