Kier Strategic Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our Area 9 contract.

Kier Highways design roads, bridges and intelligent transport systems (ITS), covering strategic and nationally important roads, as well as local roads serving local communities.

Our projects range from major improvements to complete renewals of roads and structures. With specialist teams, we manage complex works from conception through to handover at the end of maintenance periods.

Your responsibilities:

  • To carry out day to day duties relating to the co-ordination of training requirements including the maintaining of the training records, training matrix, training plan and Validate system and collating all training information.
  • Co-ordinate, monitor and record attendance for all courses, toolbox talks and briefings within the training matrix, training plan and Validate.
  • Take personal responsibility for ensuring the training sessions run successfully, and meet individual's specifications.
  • Produce monthly and periodic reports
  • Liaise with the approved training providers regarding availability and detail of courses provided by them.
  • Arrange the booking of internal courses for the In House trainers diaries.
