Location: Basingstoke
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £24k (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Working as a Training Administrator, the role will be based at our Basingstoke depot. You will be supporting two Co-ordinators who look after all the telecoms contracts (South and West England, Scotland). As Training Administrator, you will ensure the support function of the training team is compliant. Ensuring the recording of vital documentation relevant to contracts are placed in the correct repositories for audit and qualifications processes.
- You will be responsible for Telecom's training certification processes
- Assist in audits with our archives for awarding bodies and internal / external audits
- Ownership of training matrixes with information supplied from training providers and Co-ordinators.
The role of Training Administrator is great for you if you have:
- Valid driving licence as the role will involve travelling across contract areas, fuel expenses will be paid
- Strong understanding and proven use of Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of construction skills qualifications, time spent in utilities with an understanding of skills-based learning
