Location: Flexible, hybrid working with infrequent travel to Basingstoke, Hampshire
Contract: Full-Time, permanent, and able to consider part-time opportunities
Key Responsibilities
In this Training Co-ordinator role, your role will involve identifying and responding to customer needs, ensuring compliance and customer service is effective and aligns to our overall purpose. You'll support the maintenance of the training plan to aid our objectives and liaise with internal and external suppliers, training bodies and venues for training requirements. This role will involve working with subject matter experts, SHE Team, line managers and training support managers to source appropriate L&D solutions and maintain and update training plans/Learning Management System (LMS) to maximise employee capability and compliance.
What are we looking for?
An organised, self-starter who can work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ideally, you'll have operated within a training administrative or co-ordination role previously within the Utilities industry and have demonstrable knowledge within an administrative function. You'll be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel with a good ability to produce reports and provide accurate data to aid decision making. LMS experience is advantageous.
