We're currently recruiting for a Transitions Coordinator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to join our existing team within the HR Shared Service Centre, reporting into our HR Operations Manager. This role will entail providing a first-class experience and smooth transition for any employees who are impacted by TUPE, into or out of Kier.
Job Responsibilities
In this exciting Transitions Coordinator role, you'll play a pivotal role in the transitions process for employees TUPE'ing into or out of our organisation. You'll engage with a range of internal key stakeholders and support our HR Business Partners by guiding them through the transitions activities. This will involve reporting and analysing data, loading accurate data to our HR & Payroll system and supporting with queries throughout the process. You'll also be involved with reviewing our ways of working and identify opportunities for process improvements.
What do we need from you?
A confident, proactive and customer focused individual with strong attention to detail. You'll be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. This role will require a strong problem-solving ability and good communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll also possess good IT skills, particularly with Excel. This role will suit an aspiring HR Administrator/Assistant who is looking to develop a career within a large-scale organisation. Previous transitions experience is desirable.
