Location: Across the Telecoms contract area, with Basingstoke as reporting office
Business area: Kier Utilities
Contract / Hours: Full Time - 12-month FTC
We are now recruiting for a Transport & Fleet Compliance Officer to join our Telecoms team to support the transport team in all aspects of fleet and transport compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the transport managers in the management of vehicles by assisting with all fleet compliance requirements.
- Administrative tasks including hiring/off-hiring vehicles, reconciliation of date, ensuring accurate information is held for operator licenses.
- Assist with company telematics systems including the organising of installation and removal of units in vehicles and managing exception reports to ensure functioning of system.
- Full Driving License as travel will be involved across the United Kingdom. There will also be occasions where overnight stays will be necessary.
- Able to work under pressure whilst also being able to prioritise workloads under own initiative.
- Vehicle technical knowledge/experience of working with vehicles in relation to dealing with defects would be an advantage.
