Job Title : Transport Key Account Manager
Salary : £30,000 - 36,000
Work Type : Onsite
Location : Manchester
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day project-related issues, building a strong and successful relationship with the customer.
- Ensure timely submission of all customer-related documentation and completion of production trackers, as and when required.
- Attend customer review meetings and meetings related to new projects, ensuring all client requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
- Oversee the daily running of the project, identifying and implementing process improvements to drive performance, service quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure internal teams are fully aligned with customer expectations and transport activities, facilitating smooth execution across the operation.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including OTIF rates, customer satisfaction, stock accuracy, and issue resolution times.
Ideal Professional;
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Project Management within the transport, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
- Strong understanding of transport and distribution operations.
