You will be based in our office in Wenvoe office near Cardiff, and your responsibilities will include:
- Timely & accurate input of all customer aggregates and asphalt orders
- Cost effective dispatch planning (shipping) of all customer orders through active liaison with commercial, operations and transport teams
- Timely response to all customer enquiries and complaints
- Specific support to the pre planning of major contracts or schemes in terms of production and transport capacity planning
We are looking for a professional, experienced Planner who can demonstrate knowledge of road haulage. You will be an excellent communicator and be a proactive self-starter who can build effective relationships both with colleagues and customers.
