A Fantastic Opportunity to join the team at the UK's No 1 Supplier and Installer of replacement UPVC Windows and Doors as a Cell Leader.
The role includes various duties as follows.
* Deliver a daily brief to the cell of approximately 3 factory operatives.
* Ensure hourly production targets are achieved by the cell.
* Checking product from preceding cell is up to specification.
* Ensure cell departing product is up to specification.
* Report and identify safety near misses. at least 1 near miss per week
* Assisting with the Cell in the manufacturing and production of UPVC frames, including cutting, drilling, and loading machines along with other duties as required.
Experience of Leadership and UPVC cutting is required.
Shift pattern is Days 06:00am-13:30pm & Afters 14:00pm-21:30pm rotating weekly
Rate of pay is £11.06 basic per hour & £1.33 per hour Hol Pay, you will be also eligible for production bonus and attendance bonus if all shifts are attended.
Over time is paid at time and half after 37.5 hours. and Double time after 48 hours
This is a temporary ongoing position which has the potential to lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate.
