Utilities Site Agent / Site Manager
Location: based within commutable distance to sites in Essex, Cambridge, Luton and North London
Contract: Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Salary: £45k - £55k + market leading benefits
Key Responsibilities
As a Site Agent / Site Manager you will be joining our Kier Utilities team in the South on UK Power Network sites, responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers'.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting the Project Manager and enforcing high standards across the board on site(s) to maintain safe and effective delivery
- Placing safety at the heart of everything you do and checknig all CPP, RAMS, SSoW and Point of Work Risk Assessments (POWRAs) are fully understood
- Ensures that all work meets the additional UKPN-specific H&S requirements of HSS 01 058
What are we looking for?

- Operational and commercial awareness within the utilities environment
- Working knowledge of the NEC 3 Form of Contract, especially with regard to Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events
- Proven experience in a similar Site based role
