Kier work as part of a framework for Western Power Distribution to ensure its customers have power in their homes, businesses, schools and hospitals. As Supervisor you will play a vital role in the delivery of schemes across Bristol, supervising teams consisting of both supply chain and direct labour.
Organisation is key in this role while you ensure teams are working safely and compliantly within Kiers and WPDS' policies and procedures. You will see the communication between multiple stakeholders go from strength to strength while you work as team to ensure works are complete.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in the role, you will hold a NRWSA Supervisory qualification and a Full Driving Licence. Working knowledge of the electricity network is also essential, including cable laying and reinstatement.
