Location: Flexible between Norwich & Ipswich

Business Area: Kier Utilities- Anglian Water Alliance

Contract: Permanent- Full Time- Monday to Friday

We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services. In this role you will be joining our alliance with Anglian Water and Clancy Docwra.

We are now recruiting for Utilities Supervisors to join our Utilities team in either Norwich or Ipswich to work on our IMR programmes which include main laying schemes, DMA/ DZ splits & meter replacements, planned reactive large diameter and complex burst mains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for the project management of allocated schemes from design through to completion
  • Work closely with delivery resources to oversee the design of the scheme and be the expert in managing contractor's procedures
  • Undertake site visits and ensure Health & Safety is adhered too at all times
What do we need from you?

  • Hold experience within a similar role within the construction/ utility sector
  • Holder of EUSR Water Hygiene, NRSWA Supervisor and SMSTS or equivalent, Cat & Genny, Deep Excavation and Temporary Work Training
  • It would also be beneficial to hold experience of working with the Traffic Management Act
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
