Title: Utilities Supervisor - Water

Location: Commutable within /up to an hour of Kings Lynn

Business area: Utilities - Anglian Water IMR - Repair and Maintenance - Reactive.

Permanent - 45 hours Per week

Working in alliance with one of the leading water utility companies in the UK, this is an exciting opportunity for a customer-centric Supervisor within Kier Utilities, working on the Anglian Water IMR Framework working in partnership with Clancy Docwra.

No day will be the same in this crucial role where most of your time will be spent site based and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery teams and sub-contractors on site. This role will report to the Operations Manager and will require the effective utilisation of time and resources to meet delivery programmes. The Supervisor will be expected to carry out the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, quality and performance standards and ensuring all work meets required water industry regulations and AW approved standards

You will need to be proactive in your approach as you oversee all the general site supervision, monitor performance and quality of supply chain labour.

Can you multi task whilst upholding the high standards we require? From organising plant to assisting with the assembling of construction phase plans and RAMS all whilst fostering good employee relations and ensuring all the team members have the correct training and are developed to do their best whilst working for Kier?


To be successful in this role you will need knowledge and experience in the water industry, hold a relevant CSCS card or SMSTS or attended the 5-day course.

All full UK driving licence is essential as you be required to travel around the operational region.
