We're looking for a Utility Drawings Administrator to join our team.

Location: Home based with reporting office Ipswich, Sproughton

Contract: Permanent, full time- part time/ flexible hours may be available if desired, just let us know and we'll do our best to support you

Responsibilities

Utility drawings is at the heart of our operations and in this role, you will be producing utility drawings for the operational teams.

Your day to day will include:

  • Be the main point of contact for our delivery teams on site via phone and email
  • Investigate any issues that are raised and re-uploading plans as needed
  • Meeting key business performance targets and ensuring excellent customer service
This role does require participation in a standby rota which includes nights and weekends, for which you will be renumerated. The standby doesn't require you to be actively working, but you would need to be available to take calls and have access to your work computer immediately.
