A forward thinking, global logistics company are looking to expand their prestigious team with the addition of a new Warehouse Manager at their Braintree site.
This Full Time / Permanent position offers earning potential of £30000 PA
The Candidate
Those serious about this opportunity will have recognisable experience within a pick & pack environment, managing a multi-customer site and achieving SLAs.
WMS experience is essential - preferably having dealt with access delta.
3PL experience would be beneficial too.
The Role
This role will see you managing a team of warehouse staff (including responsibility for their HR requirements) KPI delivery, budget control and upskilling/reinforcing the workforce.
This role will also be customer facing.
